Cari manages the operations and development of All About Aging. She likes to say she “wears lots of small hats” by helping with HR, marketing, IT, finances, hiring, and general operations. Cari helped her mom, Barbara, with the business here and there through the years and moved home to work full-time with her mom in 2012. Cari’s undergraduate degree is in wildlife ecology, so after working with All About Aging for a few years, she went back to school and got a master’s of business administration to formalize what she had learned on the job and to become a better asset to the business.
Cari is passionate about helping All About Aging thrive and expand because she has seen the positive impact Aging Life Care services have on the clients and their families. She grew up seeing the need with her grandmother, Juanita, and watched her mom navigate challenging situations unassisted. She feels strongly that All About Aging can be the solution for families so they don’t have to stress during the precious time they have together. Cari has also watched the business grow from its infancy, seen her mother put in countless hours, and shared the joys and hardships of entrepreneurship with her mother. All these things contribute to Cari’s drive to help All About Aging find success and longevity.
Cari is the mother of two young children, one spoiled yellow lab, and one tolerant cat. When she can, she loves to be outdoors, particularly on the water fishing and spearfishing. Give her a call if you ever need a dive buddy!
