Cari MacConnell
Office Manager
As office manager, Cari is responsible for overall coordination of a broad range of services and resources that allow the organization to operate efficiently. She also manages special programs and plans events at our office to engage our clients and create joyful experiences. Additionally, she works within the community to create awareness of All About Aging’s purpose of providing solutions for families and improving the quality of life.
Cari has a long career of developing and nurturing relationships with those she serves. She has over 20 years of experience in customer service. In this time, she assisted financial advisors with financial planning for their clients. She helped maintain open communication between the advisor and client. She also worked in the marketing part of customer service by arranging many marketing events and client lunches to enhance customer relations and increase business. Cari opened and operated a wellness and massage center, The Self Center, with her mom. One of their primary goals for the center was to identify and meet clients’ needs.
Cari is passionate about learning techniques to manage stress and achieve overall well-being. One way she achieves this is by meditation or mindfulness. Another favorite method is breathing practices to calm the stress. As a Reiki practitioner she enjoys sharing Reiki, an energy healing modality. She is most proud of her sweet, two-year-old Australian Labradoodle, Roxie. Roxie is being trained to be a therapy dog in hopes of continuing to share joy to those that need it.
